How to use

1: Tear off a strip of incense paper

2: Write down your affirmation

3: Fold your incense paper into an accordion /\/\/\/

4: Light up one end of the incense paper with a lighter and blow it out

5: Set the incense paper horizontally on a fire safe surface, allowing the paper to release its natural scent

6. This one is up to you. Meditate, breathe, do some yoga or whatever your self-care practices are, we're here to set the mood for it.
