How to use incense paper

1. Tear off a strip of incense paper.

2. Write down your affirmations.

*Pro tip: Fold your incense paper into an accordion shape /\/\/\/ for it to burn evenly and slower.

3. Light up one end of the incense paper with a lighter and blow it out. Let it consume slowly without catching a flame. 

4. Set the incense paper horizontally or on a 45 degree angle on a fire-safe surface, allowing the paper to release its natural scent.

5. This one is up to you. Meditate, breathe, practice yoga or whatever your self-care practices are, we're here to set the mood for it.
