Shipping info

At Kenko Wellness, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. To ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we have partnered with Australia Post.

Shipping is currently available only within Australia. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: This option costs $9 and typically takes 3 to 10 business days for delivery.
• Express Shipping: For those who need their orders sooner, we offer express shipping at a cost of $15. With this option, you can expect your package to arrive within 1 to 4 business days.

We aim to fulfil your order within the same or next day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery via the Australia Post tracking system.
